1. 接受条款
下载或使用乐派（“本应用”）即表示你同意本使用条款。若不同意，请勿使用。本条款至少包含 Apple《许可应用最终用户许可协议》（“标准 EULA”）的条款；本条款未涉及之处，适用标准 EULA。
2. 许可
我们授予你有限的、非排他的、不可转让的、可撤销的许可，供你在自有或控制的 Apple 设备上，按 App Store 服务条款用于个人、非商业的娱乐用途。
3. 关于本应用
乐派是一款离线聚会工具箱，包含骰子、转瓶、抽签、派对计时器、卡坦岛地图生成器以及多套主题。结果为随机或算法生成，仅供娱乐，不构成任何建议、推荐或对结果的保证。
4. 应用内购买与订阅
乐派提供可选的 Pro 内购：
- 年度 Pro —— 自动续订订阅。
- 永久 Pro —— 一次性非消耗型购买。
关于自动续订订阅：
- 购买前会在应用内显示当前价格与计费周期。
- 确认购买时由你的 Apple ID 付款。
- 除非在当前周期结束前至少 24 小时关闭自动续订，否则订阅将自动续费。
- 续费将在当前周期结束前 24 小时内从你的 Apple ID 扣款。
- 可在设备的 Apple ID“订阅”设置中管理或取消；删除应用不会取消订阅。
- 所有计费、退款与取消均由 Apple 处理，退款适用 Apple 的政策。
5. 无账号；本地数据
本应用无账号系统。你的设置、历史与自定义抽签列表仅存储在本机，删除应用即清除。你对所输入的内容（如自定义列表）及是否适合你的群体负责。请保持使用休闲、安全、合法并符合年龄。
6. 免责声明
本应用按“现状”与“现有”提供，在法律允许的最大范围内不作任何明示或默示担保。
7. 责任限制
在法律允许的最大范围内，对因使用本应用产生的任何间接、附带、特殊或后果性损失，提供方概不负责。
8. 儿童
本应用适合所有年龄且不收集数据。购买需 Apple ID，应由成年人进行或经家长同意。
9. Apple
Apple 并非本条款的一方，亦不对本应用负责。Apple 及其子公司为本条款的第三方受益人，有权对你主张本条款。
10. 变更
我们可能在新版本中更新本条款。更新后继续使用即视为接受。
11. 管辖法律
本条款受中华人民共和国法律管辖，不适用其冲突法规则。

1. Acceptance
By downloading or using Roll Party (the “App”), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the App. These Terms incorporate, at minimum, the terms of Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement (the “Standard EULA”); where these Terms are silent, the Standard EULA applies.
2. License
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on Apple devices you own or control, for personal, non-commercial entertainment, in accordance with the App Store Terms of Service.
3. The App
Roll Party is an offline party toolkit, including dice, spin-the-bottle, draw/lucky-pick, a party timer, a Catan map generator, and multiple themes. Results are random or algorithmic and provided for entertainment only — they are not advice, recommendations, or guarantees of any outcome.
4. In-App Purchases and Subscriptions
Roll Party offers optional Pro purchases:
- Yearly Pro — an auto-renewing subscription.
- Lifetime Pro — a one-time, non-consuming purchase.
For auto-renewing subscriptions:
- The current price and billing period are shown in the App before purchase.
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID at purchase confirmation.
- The subscription renews automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Your Apple ID is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- You can manage or cancel in your device’s Apple ID Subscriptions settings. Deleting the App does not cancel a subscription.
- All billing, refunds, and cancellations are handled by Apple; refund requests are subject to Apple’s policies.
5. No Account; Local Data
The App has no account system. Your settings, history, and custom draw lists are stored only on your device and are removed when you delete the App. You are responsible for any content you enter, such as custom draw lists, and for choosing whether a prompt is appropriate for your group. Keep usage casual, safe, lawful, and age-appropriate.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Provider shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
8. Children
The App is suitable for all ages and collects no data. Purchases require an Apple ID and should be made by an adult or with parental approval.
9. Apple
Apple is not a party to these Terms and is not responsible for the App. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms for new releases. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
